List of modifications to the 087.1 solicitation
since its release on the internet

The DoD SBIR solicitation preface was updated for the 2008.1 solicitation. Updates include:

1. 20 Page limitation qualifiers (section 3.2 and 3.4)
2. CAI change to 20th percentile(section 3.5d and throughout)
3. Phase II proposal and submission instructions (section 3.7)
4. Fast Track and Phase II Enhancement (DoD retains the discretion not to approve or fund) (sections 4.5 and 4.6)
5. Addition of Unique Identifier (UID) applicability (section 5.11q)
6. Debriefing caveat (identifies component unique debriefing processes exist) (section 6.5)
