The following text has been added to the ACQUISITION PROGRAM section of Navy Topic # N091-014:

The technology within this topic is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), which controls the export and import of defense-related material and services. Offerors must disclose any proposed use of foreign nationals, their country of origin, and what tasks each would accomplish in the statement of work in accordance with section 3.5.b.(7) of the solicitation.

Within the Navy solicitation, Page NAVY-1, PHASE I GUIDELINES, 1st paragraph, 5th sentence now reads:

For NAVAIR topics N091-006 thru N091-043 the base amount should not exceed $80,000 and 6 months; the option should not exceed $70,000 and 6 months.

For DARPA topic # SB091-003, The DESCRIPTION 2nd paragraph, 3rd sentence now reads:

GISARO would be capable of answering the "Five W's and One H" pertaining to the civilian geosocial aspects of a SARO: who to communicate with, what information they need, when to approach them, where to meet them, why their support is vital, and how they may interact with military personnel.
